Terms & Conditions

When to join

All classes are run on a revolving programme. Once we have completed the eight dances in the programme we start again. Steps and sequences are always revised before adding further choreography and technique. This enables new clients to join at any time although it is best to wait until the first of a set of three.

Payment and Booking

We can accept payment by one of the following methods:
Online via Paypal: there is a button on our website on the Fees page. Paypal invoices can be sent to you if you wish to make a credit card payment. Please note that there is a surcharge of 4% payable to Paypal.
Internet transfer: please print the confirmation page of the transaction and bring it to the class
Cheque: made out to Simply Dancing Partners.

Booking

Classes must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. New clients must pay for at least one lesson in advance via the website although we will adjust the fee if you subsequently book a series. We will send out a reminder before each lesson asking for confirmation of attendance for the following week. Please reply by email or text giving as much notice as possible if you want to switch to another class or are unable to attend. This enables us to guarantee that the partners will be available.

Cancellation

Once a lesson has been booked the fee is payable. No refunds will be given for lessons booked and paid for as part of a series. You may transfer to another venue within the same week subject to availability of partners.

Partners and Instructors

All partners and instructors are contractually bound to Simply Dancing Partners. They may not accept any bookings directly from a Client of SDP this includes going to a private event or practice session.

If a Client wishes to hire the services of an instructor or a partner for a private function, another dance class or dance performance or any other matter, this must be referred back to the Directors of SDP who will negotiate a fee and ensure that it is all conducted in a proper commercial manner. This is in order to protect both the Client and our Partners and Instructors and ensure that everyone is properly billed and paid.
